Website blockchainsation.com is a main page for event Blockchainsation. It's main purpose is promotion of the event and selling event tickets, as well as providing basic information about the event to partners and speakers. Organizer Roman Berginc s.p., representing also brand »All About Crypto« and »Be Free Academy« will be referred in this document as organizer.

2. Sending Email

2.1 By Confirming this Terms of Service you agree that we put your email on our mailing list, that will be used exclusively to reply to your query and to inform you about Blockchainsation. Your email will be safely handled according to our Privacy Policy.

3.1. By purchasing of a ticket for the Blockchainsation, the purchaser and organizer of the event become contractual parties.

3.2. The ticket cannot be resold. Any other use of the ticket is prohibited unless the organizer consents to it in writing. Violation of this clause voids the ticket without any compensation to the purchaser.

3.3. Tickets might me sold also by other providers.

3.4. Purchaser will receive after purchase an »advance invoice«. Final invoice will be sent to purchaser within 8 days after the event or within 15 days after max refund is fulfilled. Check »Referral refund«.

3.5. 1 day ticket is valid for any of conference day and does not need to be specified at the time of purchasing the ticket. However 1 day ticket owners will be prompted and will need to provide the information of which day they will attend the conference aprox 1 week before the event.

4.1. Promotional discounts defined on this official page are offered only for tickets purchased on this page, unless other ticket provider explicitly specifies so.

4.2. Other ticket providers might have different promotional discounts.

4.3. Everyone who purchases a ticket on official page has an option to use a referral discount code.

4.4. Discount code does not have any limit on the number of usages of the same code.

4.5. Discount code is valid for every ticket type, no matter which ticket, the person that provided the code purchased.

4.6. Discount code is sent to purchaser in an email, together with usage instructions within 24h after ticket purchase.

5.1. If purchaser decides to share his discount code with his friends, he/she receives a refund of 20% on the friends payment price.

5.2. Maximum refund is the price of purchaser payment price.

5.3. If maximum refund is achieved, the money spent for purchasing a ticket will be refunded to purchasers account within 15 days after fulfillment.

5.4. In case maximum refund is not achieved or it is achieved within 15 days before the event, all gathered refund money will be refunded to purchasers account within 8 days after the event. At the same time also final Invoice will be issued and sent to the purchaser.

6.1. Accommodation is included only in VIP tickets. Various accommodation options are available at the venue and in near distance from the venue.

7.1. Visitors under the age of 18 may only enter the event if accompanied by a legal guardian. The organizer may control the age of a visitor in case of doubts about such visitor’s age.

7.2. Entry on the premises is only permitted with a valid ticket.

7.3. The organizer may prohibit the entry of a visitor due to important grounds attributable to the visitor. Such important grounds are, among others, visible influence of alcohol or any other substance abuse, garments displaying racial, homophobic or any other inhuman message, the carrying of excessive food or drinks (if not removed upon request) or the carrying of contraband, such as weapons, fireworks, torches or illegal drugs. The organizer may control the bags of the visitors.

7.4. If the visitor has set an important ground, the visitor has no right to claim any compensation for the price of the ticket.

7.5. Visitors, requiring due to their mental or physical state require a supervision, are responsible for such supervision and the organizer is not contractually obliged to provide for such supervision. This applies to visitors requiring supervision, supervising persons and any other visitor.

7.6. In case a visitor has left the event, re-entry is allowed by presenting the ticket.

8.1. The organizer may cancel the event or change the venue or date of the location of the event. In such case, the visitor may claim compensation for the purchase price of the ticket within two weeks of the originally scheduled date of the event or the publication of the venue change. The publication of any of the above stated events will be published on the homepage of the organizer: www.blockchainsation.com. The claim must be submitted to the organizer by way of email to [email protected]. The tickets must be attached to the email.

8.2. The organizer may without prior notification amend the program of the event or cancel single sub-events or alter the location or beginning time of such sub-events.

9.1. On the premises of the event, the organizer has domestic authority. Instructions of security personnel or personnel of the organizer must be followed.

9.2. Without the prior written consent of the organizer, visitors may not sell any kind of products or services, advertise any products or services, solicit any other visitors to conclude any agreements or perform any surveys on and around the premises of the event.

9.3. However any kind of networking, business meetings on 1 on 1 basis are encouraged.

9.4. Animals are prohibited on the premises of the event. Smoking is prohibited on the premises of the event.

Violations of any of the prohibitions may lead to removal of the visitor from the event. In such case, the visitor has no right to claim any damages or compensation.

10.1. The taking of photography or recording of videos on the premises of event is permitted with mobile phone cameras or ordinary recording devices provided such photos or videos are used for private purposes only.

10.2. Any usage of pictures or any kind of recordings for commercial purposes is only permitted with the prior written consent of the organizer. For each case of violation, the organizer may claim a contractual penalty in the amount of EUR 5,000 without prejudice for any damages exceeding the contractual penalty.

10.3. The visitor acknowledges that during the event a plethora of pictures will be taken, and videos will be recorded, which may be used for any kind of public relations or marketing purposes in connection with the event and for general public relations purposes of the organizer or any exhibitor and such materials may be published in different media. To the extent permitted by law, the visitor consents to the usage of his or her pictures or any other recorded material.

11.1. Any damage claim of the visitor against the organizer is excluded unless the organizer, any of its legal representatives or any of its vicarious agents acted willfully or with gross negligence.

11.2. The organizer is not liable for any damaged, stolen or lost goods of the visitor. The usage of the cloak room is at the visitor’s own peril.

12.1. Reference is made to the organizer’s data protection declaration, available at www.blockchainsation.com, which shall apply to this general terms and conditions.

13.1. Any annexes to this general terms and conditions or any amendments thereto require the written form. This applies also to the amendment of this clause.

13.2. Slovenian law applies without regard to the international conflict laws. To the extent permitted by law, the venue for any dispute in connection with those general terms and conditions shall be Celje.
